Hoosiers in central Indiana looking for work will have the opportunity to speak to employers Thursday at the Indianapolis Career Fair. A variety of employers will be looking to fill positions in a number of industries, including education, healthcare and hospitality.

The career fair will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Marriott Indianapolis East, located at 7202 E. 21st Street in Indy. The event is free, but job seekers can register ahead of time to receive immediate access and a VIP pass.

Some of the employers attending the career fair include Carmel Clay Schools, FedEx and Meridian Health Services. The career fair is open to the public and attendees are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their resume to give to hiring managers.
