Subscribe NowOhio-based Next Sparc LLC has acquired a majority interest in a recreational vehicle product manufacturer and supplier based in Elkhart. Financial details of the deal with Way Interglobal Network LLC were not disclosed.
Way Interglobal develops, manufactures and sources a variety of products and accessories, including refrigerators, fireplaces, and audio and entertainment systems for RVs. In addition to its offices in Elkhart, the company also has a presence in China.

Next Sparc did not specify if any jobs would be affected by the acquisition.
