Subscribe NowThe Indianapolis Board of School Commissioners has appointed Jose Salinas to a four-year term on the Indianapolis Public Library Board of Trustees. Salinas has served as Presiding Judge for Marion Superior Court, Criminal Division, since 2007. He is a founding member of the Indiana Latino Expo Board of Directors and has served on the board of the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention. Salinas holds degrees from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and the University of Texas-Pan American.
