Spero to Open Jeffersonville Clinic

Subscribe NowTennessee-based Spero Health Inc. will Thursday celebrate the opening of its outpatient addiction treatment facility in Jeffersonville. The clinic is the organization’s third location in Indiana, along with facilities in Indianapolis and Evansville.
City and state officials will join representatives from Spero Health and One Southern Indiana to cut the ribbon on the 3,000-square-foot clinic on the city’s northeast side. Spero Health now has more than 20 clinics in Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.
Spero Health says it specializes in an integrated care model to assist people suffering from substance abuse disorder. The organization combines physician services with behavioral health counseling, recovery support services, medication management, and patient and family education, according to its website.
The grand opening is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Thursday. Spero Health also recently announced plans to expand its services into Tennessee with a new clinic in Smyrna, which is southeast of Nashville, set to open next month.
