Bracken Fields and Cameron Weeks unveiled global business communications platform Edify, which will be based in Carmel, this week at the Enterprise Connect event in Orlando.
Edify bills itself as a Business Communications as a Service platform, combining communications, contact center and customer success functions. The company says its platform also uses machine learning to enhance communications among executives, marketers, developers and more within one ecosystem.
The company say sits platform boasts features including real-time streaming data for voice, video, chat and screen sharing, customizability, customer behavior tracking, contact center functionality and more.
Fields’ and Weeks’ former company Sharpen Technologies last week announced $15 million in capital growth funding.
