He currently leads planning, designing and constructing projects and has over 15 years experience as an architect. Garringer has worked on commercial, government, health care, industrial and multi-family building projects. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State.
Also, Nick Cunningham has been named a construction administrator. He is currently working on Indianapolis Fire Department Station 3, Indianapolis Fire Department Station 16, Owen County Emergency Medical Service, Jackson County Judicial Center, Monroe County Youth Services Bureau, Hamilton County Jail, Ellipse Office Building, Lawrence Police Station and Greene County Jail. Cunningham previously served as an operations supervisor at UPS and a logistics manager at Brinks Inc. He graduated from Ball State University and received his bachelor of science degree in telecommunications with a minor in human resources and management.
