The Opus Group announced today speculative industrial development Greenpointe Logistics Center has been fully leased to Nebraska-based electronic commerce company VMInnovations Inc. The company will occupy all 496,416-square-feet of the development.

Greenpointe Logistics Center was a joint venture between Opus and Diamond Realty Investments, Inc. 

“We’re pleased to have been able to provide VMI with the needed space to expand its business operations,” said Kevan O’Connor, senior manager, real estate development at Opus. “This is Opus’ first project in the growing Greenwood submarket, and we look forward to working on additional industrial projects in the area to help meet the demand for this type of space in the greater Indianapolis market.”
