The News Sentinel reports Ashberry Eight LLC plans to build a multi-million dollar mixed-use project near its recently-renovated building, including million-dollar condominiums.
Plans call for a four-story office building, one-story retail/restaurant space and a six-level parking garage. Developers Barry and Brad Sturges, Tony Brita and Tim Ash are planning the new project adjacent to their brokerage headquarters. The group purchased the Fifth Third Metro Center in 2016 and will convert the building into retail, office, and residential space.
The News Sentinel reports the project would likely result in the demolition of the Oddfellows Hall on Berry Street, which was bought by Ashberry earlier this year. Project details would first need to be presented to the Plan Commission, who meet again next month.
