The district says the creative learning space is the first of its kind and will feature advanced technology such as 3D printers, a computer programming lab and audio/visual production capabilities.
The district says the space will benefit not only Decatur Township students, but also industry partners and members of the local community. The hub will serve as a space for students to work with industry partners on class projects, industry challenges, and other work-based learning opportunities.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place after the quarterly Superintendent’s Community Leaders Luncheon at the Decatur Township School of Excellence Community Room.
