Pass the Torch for Women Foundation has installed Deb Hallberg as its new chief executive officer. Hallberg has over fifteen years experience in Business Development at Barnes & Thornburg in Indianapolis.

The organization’s board of directors served as a search committee.

“I am thrilled with the opportunity to help grow future women leaders and I am passionate about the mission of Pass the Torch for Women Foundation,” Hallberg said. “I will pour my passions and experience into the Foundation and have it, in turn, pour out to positively impact the lives of women, their children, and the community as a whole. The need for women to be uplifted and supported is imperative now more than ever and we are urging individuals to get involved in the mentoring community.”
