CNO Financial Group Inc. has promoted Adam Auvil to vice president of corporate development. In his new role, he will serve as a leader for CNO Financial’s corporate development function including evaluating growth opportunities and leading project execution for the company. Auvil joined the company in 2010 and has held roles of increasing responsibility, most recently vice president of investor relations. He previously held finance and accounting positions at CME Group, Alberto Culver and Ernst & Young. Auvil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Also, Jennifer Childe has been appointed vice president of investor relations. In her new role, she will be responsible for overseeing relations with analysts, investors and rating agencies. With more than 20 years of experience, Childe previously served as managing director at Clermont Partners where she counseled clients across multiple sectors and market capitalizations and led communication strategies for senior management and investor relations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international economics from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
