The executive search, talent management and consulting firm was founded in 2014 and has a presence in Indiana, Maine and South Dakota. ROI Search Group says the new positions, which include senior client partners and talent acquisition specialists, are expected to pay average salaries three times higher than the state average.
The company plans to invest $100,000 into expanding its headquarters and says additional marketing, finance, information technology and human resources positions will be added.
