Groundbreaking Set For Delta High School Expansion

Subscribe NowThe Delaware Community School Corp. will Monday break ground on a nearly $7 million project at Delta High School in Muncie. The district says the project includes new additions and renovations to the school, which are expected to be complete in June 2019.
The expansion includes new science labs at the school and enlarged school space in classrooms. The district is also planning upgrades to technology, as well as new safety and security design enhancements for the main entrance and various aesthetic changes throughout the school.
The project will be completed in two phases, with the first phase beginning June 11 and continuing through December. The second phase is scheduled to begin in January and wrap up next June.
