RSM US LLP has added William Andreozzi as a tax partner. He has more than 26 years of tax experience serving global, multi-state middle market companies and their owners. In his new role, Andreozzi will lead the Indianapolis tax practice and will drive and support marketplace growth efforts throughout central Indiana. He is a proven tax leader with success providing value-added, specialty tax solutions to clients, advising on appropriate tax structures and tax minimization strategies, performing buy and sell side tax due diligence, and providing representation during federal and state examinations and appeals. 

Andreozzi holds his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School, Masters of Taxation from DePaul University and Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University.
