Centric Inc. has announced it is accepting applications for the eighth annual awards that recognize individuals and organizations who lead innovation in the state. The Indiana Innovation Awards cover a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, technology, education and the arts.

Past winners include Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari, Octiv, Delta Faucet, 21st Century Charter School of Gary, Brackets for Good and RDM Aquaculture. Centric has awarded 65 Indiana-based innovations in the first seven years of the awards.

Winners are judged on how the innovation meets a need, its uniqueness, the value created for the end user and what the market already has to support the innovation. 2018 winners will be announced at the Day of Innovation Conference on October 11.
