Elkhart-based Poly Electronics LLC has hired Norman Carlson as quality assurance manager. He will lead the quality assurance team and continuous improvement efforts. Carlson has more than 30 years of quality management experience. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt that is a certified ASQ Quality engineer and auditor. Carlson has previously led several organizations through certification and maintenance of ISO 9001 standards. He is a certified trainer and facilitator in SPC, TQM, problem solving and process improvement.
