Indy LPGA Event Seeking Volunteers

Subscribe NowThe Indy Women in Tech Championship returns to the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course in August and needs volunteers. The full-field LPGA event is looking for over 700 volunteers to help with the event from August 13-19.
Volunteers are needed for 16 different committees, including in roles as standard bearers, marshals, transportation and hospitality. Volunteers are encouraged to register early since shift times are filled on a first come-first served basis. All volunteers receive two complimentary grounds passes, a volunteer badge and meals and beverages. A volunteer uniform fee of $55 includes two tournament golf shirts and an official hat or visor.
The inaugural event, held last year, saw Lexi Thompson win by four strokes and kiss the yard of bricks at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Proceeds from the iWiT championship directly benefit the Indy Women in Tech Foundation which supports specific tech initiatives, STEM days and career transitioning.
