Ogletree Deakins Re-Elects Baldwin as a Managing Director

He is one of two managing directors who serve as members of the firm’s board of directors, and along with the managing shareholder, make up the Executive Committee, responsible for the strategic direction and daily affairs of the firm. Baldwin has served in this role since 2014.
He has held numerous leadership roles since joining the firm in 2000. Baldwin has served on the board of directors since 2011 and was previously managing shareholder of the firm’s Indianapolis office. He devotes his practice to representing employers in complex EEO litigation; labor arbitrations; and non-competition/trade secret disputes. Baldwin frequently consults with and trains employees on employment practices and policies, positive employee relations, and litigation avoidance.
He also serves as chairman of the board of directors for the Indiana Chamber of Commerce and was previously selected as an Indiana Chamber “Volunteer of the Year” for his work in the Indianapolis community.
