RQAW Corp. Expands Senior Leadership

Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based RQAW Corp. has promoted Kevin Jasinski (pictured), a licensed professional engineer, to director of major projects and senior project manager. He most recently served as director of transportation. Jasinski is currently acting as the project manager and owner’s representative for the $125 million State Road 37 project for Hamilton County and Fishers.
Randall Brooks also has been promoted to director of bridge services. His strong ability to create the most economic designs comes from his extensive portfolio of project management, which totals more than $56 million in rehabilitation- and replacement-construction costs. In addition to being a licensed professional engineer, Brooks holds a Master of Science degree from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Indiana University.
Lisa Casler (pictured), a professional engineer, also has been promoted to director of roadway services after several years of serving as project manager and lead roadway design engineer. She has reviewed more than 1,000 Indiana Department of Transportation and LPA road plans for compliance, with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness.
Joe Dabkowski also has been promoted to director of environmental services. Formerly RQAW’s environmental-division manager, he is a certified professional wetland scientist, with expertise in document preparation for the National Environmental Policy Act, geographic information systems mapping, wetland delineations, and regulatory permitting. Dabkowski has developed more than 200 statewide NEPA documents for INDOT transportation projects and serves as an on-call environmental consultant for INDOT. He also specializes in ecological evaluations and mitigation.
The firm has added Vohn Wilson as a graduate architect. He previously interned with both Design Collaborative Inc. and American Structurepoint, where he gained experience in design aspects, creating floor plans and 3D prints. Wilson completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture at Ball State University. He also earned a certificate in digital fabrication from the university.
