Ambrose Property Group Hires Senior VP

He has more than a decade of experience overseeing real estate development projects. Greenwood previously served as general counsel and an owner of Old Town Development where he oversaw all legal and development projects for the company and was involved with projects ranging from the development of small and large residential subdivisions, to building multi-family apartments, to mixed-use buildings in the Carmel Midtown redevelopment.
Greenwood is a graduate of Indiana University and went on to earn a law degree from Hofstra University.
Ambrose’s recent talent acquisitions follow the company’s procurement of the former GM stamping plant site in May 2017. The Indianapolis-based commercial real estate company plans to develop a thriving new district on the west side of downtown Indianapolis on the 103-acre site just south of the Indianapolis Zoo.
