Dexter to Acquire Utah Manufacturer

Henderson manufactures sprung and torsion axles and fenders. It is also a distributor of axles, trailer components and fenders. Fred Bentley, chief executive officer of Dexter parent DexKo Global Inc., says the addition of Henderson’s products and manufacturing facilities will strengthen the company’s presence in the western portion of the country.
Dexter CEO Adam Dexter says the acquisition provides an opportunity to better serve all of the company’s customers.
"Our focus will be to further enhance our commitment to the core Dexter principles of safety, quality, and customer service that have been the foundation of our success for over 50 years," said Dexter. "By concentrating on these areas, we are confident that the addition of Henderson will bring value to all our mutual customers."
The company did not immediately state if any jobs would be affected by the deal.
