Tangram Teams With Jimmy Jazz

Subscribe NowThe training and consultation division of Indianapolis-based disability nonprofit Tangram has announced a partnership with national apparel retailer Jimmy Jazz. Tangram Business Resourcing is this week launching a disability inclusion pilot project focusing on the Jimmy Jazz call and fulfillment center in New Jersey.
The partnership will include disability awareness and etiquette training for Jimmy Jazz employees and the opportunity for community organizations to tour company facilities and learn about potential job openings. Jimmy Jazz has more than 170 stores throughout the United States, including one in Indianapolis.
TBR Managing Director Kathy Bernhardt calls Jimmy Jazz "a progressive company that recognizes how incorporating disabilities in their diversity strategies and practices positively impacts their bottom line." She says the company has a goal of becoming "an employer of choice for individuals with disabilities."
TBR provides large-scale disability inclusion initiatives for the retail, customer service and distribution industries.
