Elevate Office Expanding in Midwest

Subscribe NowIndianapolis-based Envoy Inc. has announced plans to expand its Elevate Office Suites in the Midwest. The company says it will invest $8.2 million to build the Elevate Hilliard building in Hilliard, Ohio, just outside of Columbus.
The facility will feature 150 office suites, four high-tech conference rooms and a coworking space. The project still requires approval from the Hilliard City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission.
The project is expected to break ground in November and be complete in December 2018. Envoy says Elevate Hilliard will attract and retain jobs, create economic opportunity and foster innovation.
"The growth in Hilliard is exciting, and we are looking forward to being an active partner in the City’s economic progress," said Scott Baldwin, principal and owner of Elevate Office. “Elevate Hilliard will cultivate a sense of community among small business owners and entrepreneurs, resulting in jobs, increased income taxes for the City, and continued momentum for development in the area.”
Envoy currently has seven Elevate Office locations in Indiana and three affiliates in Texas. Work is also ongoing on an Elevate Office Suites location in Brownsburg, which is part of an overall $80 million investment in the town’s downtown area.
