Carmel-based Fat Atom Marketing has new leadership and is pursuing the designation of being a “woman-owned business.” Jen Fox (pictured) is president and Adam Fox (pictured) is vice president after purchasing the remainder of the company from founder Todd Muffley. Both Jen and Adam have been with the company for many years in various capacities. Jen says Fat Atom hopes to grow 20% each year. Fat Atom, which has 20 employees, grew its revenue from $950,000 in 2014 to $1.2 million in 2015 to a record $2 million last year. Muffley is staying on with the company as a consultant for the next few years. Muffley says the sale will allow him to spend more time with his family and on his hobbies. Fat Atom Marketing counts Indiana Limestone Company, Westfield Steel, OB/GYN of Indiana, and Chicagoland-based Superheat FGH among its roster of clients.
