RQAW Corp. Hires Designer & Manager

He brings more than 19 years of public works experience to the firm. Vincent has expertise in utility infrastructure, transportation, mechanical treatment, aviation and related civil-engineering elements. His past project experience includes planning, preliminary engineering documents, detailed design, technical specifications, permits, bid document preparation and project management. His extensive engineering background includes work on various projects throughout the country, such as pumping station replacement in D.C., wastewater-treatment plant bundle in Ohio and several lift-station projects in Indiana. Vincent obtained a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Purdue University. Also hired, Adam Hoffer will serve as a civil CAD designer and an information-technology support technician for the firm. He has more than 16 years of computer-aided design experience. His previous work experience includes roles as a civil lead designer, CAD designer and architectural drafting associate, with expertise in erosion control, GIS mapping, department organization and project management. Hoffer has assisted in various projects throughout the state, including State Road 16, St. Joseph County Bridge 65, Old U.S. 30 and intersection rehabilitation in Elkhart.
