Wabash to Host Entrepreneurial Summit
The event will take place at the NCAA Hall of Champions in Indianapolis.

This year’s event, which is expected to draw entrepreneurs and students from 18 Indiana colleges, will focus on emerging technology, from electric motorbikes to 3D-printed cars.
The summit will feature opening remarks from Indiana Secretary of State Connie Lawson and an opening keynote address from Jason Rasmussen, founder and chief executive officer of Los Angeles-based Monday Motorbikes. Wabash College says the summit typically draws attendees from Chicago to Indianapolis.
"The goal is to shine a spotlight entrepreneurship and encouraging students to think about the multiple paths to success that exist at Wabash." said Steven Jones, dean for Professional Development. "Through the Center for Innovation, Business & Entrepreneurship, Wabash College is leading the conversation in entrepreneurship and serving as a resource for new and innovative ideas."
Wabash College alum David Woessner, general manager of Local Motors in Detroit, will give the second keynote address. The college says the summit aims to "spur the entrepreneurial drive by highlighting the resources available at Wabash College and Central Indiana as a whole."
The summit will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the NCAA Hall of Champions in downtown Indianapolis.
