Newburgh-based Morley and Associates Inc. has appointed John Winiger senior architect, Midwest office. He is a registered architect in the State of Indiana and has a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Ball State University. Winiger has served on the Evansville Historic Preservation Commission and was active in Rotary.
