Crews will place the final steel beam on the $35 million facility in a topping out ceremony that will also include Wabash Mayor Scott Long.
Parkview broke ground on the 80,000 square-foot hospital in June. The new hospital campus, which will also include a 31,000 square-foot medical office building, is expected to create 14 jobs in Wabash. The building will serve as the home of Parkview Physicians Group.
At the time of the ground breaking, Parkview Health Chief Executive Officer Mike Packnett called the new hospital a "new chapter for healthcare in Wabash."
Dave Heist, chairman of the Parkview Health Board of Directors, will join Long and other Parkview officials for the ceremony, which is scheduled for 11:00 a.m.
