Crouch Completes Executive Appointments

They include Crouch’s new chief of staff, policy and legislative director and director of veteran opportunity.
Indiana’s lieutenant governor oversees several "Family of Business" agencies, including the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, Office of Community and Rural Affairs and the Office of Tourism Development.
"In the two weeks since taking on the awesome responsibility of this office, I have been focused on seizing every opportunity to take the work of our office and those of our Family of Businesses to the Next Level," said Crouch. "Our team will work hand in hand with counterparts on Governor Holcomb’s staff and with partners across the state both in, and outside, the government to ensure our office is accessible, efficient and effective in achieving real results for the people of Indiana."
The appointments include:
- Tracy Barnes – Chief of Staff
- Mark Wuellner – Deputy Chief of Staff
- Ryan Heater – Policy and Legislative Director
- Marie Davis – Director of Communications Strategy
- Maureen Hayden – Director of Intergovernmental Affairs
- Jim Morrison – Director of Veteran Opportunity
- Ethan Lawson – Director of Advanced Scheduling
- John Roeder – Special Assistant to the Lt. Governor
In December, Crouch and Governor Eric Holcomb reappointed the heads of the "Family of Business" agencies, including:
- Jacob Sipe – Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA)
- Duane Embree – Indiana Office of Defense Development (IODD)
- Mark Newman – Indiana Office of Tourism Development (IOTD)
- Ted McKinney – Indiana State Department of Agriculture (ISDA)
- Bill Konyha – Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA)
