Officials are set to make a major economic development announcement Tuesday in Carroll County. Specific details have yet to be released, however, the Carroll County Economic Development Corp. says it will involve a $350 million project that could result in nearly 250 jobs.

A press conference is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. in Camden. Representatives from the Carroll County EDC, the Indiana Economic Development Corp., the Camden-Flora Rail Corridor Commission will join county and town officials for the announcement.

The announcement will be held at the Camden Community Center. No other details have been released.
