Braden says the acquisition will make the company one of the largest office technology providers in the Midwest. Karen Anderson with Interact says they were looking for a partner that would allow the company to continue to grow.
"Braden has an excellent reputation for customer service and our corporate values are strongly aligned," said Anderson. "The combined team of Interact and Braden will help ensure the company’s success and future growth allowing us to help even more clients. We are all very excited about the future."
Erik Braden, a partner at Braden Business Systems, says, the acquisition is a natural extension for the company, which continues to focus on "growth on all fronts."
Braden broke ground in July on its new headquarters in Fishers. The $5.6 million project could bring up to 90 new jobs by 2020.
