The company says it is looking to hire 20 new employees upon completion of the four-story, 42,000 square-foot facility, which will also feature restaurant and outdoor dining space on the first floor.
The headquarters will be located one block west of the new Federal Hill District in downtown Noblesville. BlueSky says the decision on a location was a collaborative effort with city leaders.
"Staying local and supporting local businesses played a key role in our decision to stay in Noblesville," said Eric Warne, co-owner of BlueSky. "The city has been good to us and for us, and we look forward to playing a part in propelling the city’s growth and opportunities."
BlueSky currently employs 85 workers, who had the opportunity to provide feedback on the design of the office space in the new facility. Construction is expected to be complete in the summer of 2017.
