Community Foundation of Northwest Indiana has made several leadership changes to Community Hospital in Munster and Community Care Network Inc. Luis Molina (pictured), will take over as chief executive officer of the hospital July 1. Alan Kumar will replace Molina as administrator of Community Care Network, Inc. Molina will also be succeeded by Daniel O’Brien, who will serve as chief financial officer.
