The bridge and road rehabilitation projects are scheduled to run from spring 2017 through summer 2019.
INDOT will be joined by representatives from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. The projects in question include the rehabilitation of seven bridges, along with pavement improvements between the bridges.
The first meeting will be held Tuesday at Bosse High School in Evansville. The second meeting will be held Wednesday at Henderson County High School in Henderson, Kentucky. Doors for both meetings will open at 5:30 p.m. and a formal presentation will begin at 6:00 p.m.
INDOT says the purpose of the meetings is to "provide area residents, commuters and interested persons an opportunity to review project development materials, current design and maintenance of traffic plans and construction schedule. In addition, INDOT welcomes the opportunity to engage community members and address questions. Project displays, plans and project materials will be available throughout the duration of each evening."
More information about the project will be posed to the INDOT Vincennes District website.
