Lumavate has hired Rob McLaughlin as chief operating officer. He was the co-founder of Aprimo and previously worked for Eli Lily and Co. and Tivoli Systems. McLaughlin earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and computer applications from the University of Notre Dame.
