Ellspermann, Mays-Medley Named to OneAmerica Board

Subscribe NowThe board of directors for Indianapolis-based OneAmerica Financial Partners Inc. has added a former lieutenant governor and former state representative to its ranks. Sue Ellspermann and Carolene Mays-Medley have joined the board.
Ellspermann resigned earlier this year as lieutenant governor and previously served in the Indiana House of Representatives, representing the 74th district. Mays-Medley is a former vice chairman and commissioner of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission and also represented the 94th district in the House of Representatives.
“Sue and Carolene are proven leaders who understand how to help an organization grow strategically while staying true to its principles,” said Scott Davison, president and CEO of OneAmerica. “Their wealth of diverse experiences, strong backgrounds in community and organizational development, and finely honed insights will complement and add to the expertise of our board.”
Mays-Medley was recently selected by Governor Mike Pence to serve as executive director of the White River State Park Development Commission. Ellspermann is currently seeking the position of president of Ivy Tech Community College.
