Jonathan Byrd’s to Manage Grand Park Facility

The city of Westfield has entered into a multi-year agreement with Jonathan Byrd’s Event & Entertainment LLC. The partnership calls on the Greenwood-based company to manage commercial business and marketing for the Grand Park Events Center, which is set to open in July.

The company will manage Grand Park Events Center business including sponsorship coordination, special event production, communications and event scheduling. As part of the deal, it will also manage and provide logistics and production services for special events at Grand Park. The events center will feature three full-sized soccer fields, a restaurant and office space. It will also have space for trade shows, conventions and live entertainment.

Westfield Mayor Andy Cook says the partnership "makes perfect sense," saying the company will "bring a wide range of expertise to the facility." The city says it will continue to play a significant role in the Grand Park Events Center’s overall strategy.

Jonathan Byrd’s Event & Entertainment is a joint venture between Byrd Enterprises Inc. and LST Marketing LLC.
