(Nasdaq: FINL) in Indianapolis next month. John Hall will take over as executive vice president, divisional president and chief merchandising officer.
Hall has spent nearly 30 years with Nordstrom, most recently serving as vice president and corporate merchandiser of Rack Menswear. The Finish Line says in his new role, Hall will drive the company’s growth strategies and focus on various consumer engagement touchpoints, such as stores and digital operations and merchandising.
"We’re thrilled to have John join Finish Line," said Sam Sato, CEO of The Finish Line. "He will play a pivotal role as we continue to strengthen consumer engagement and enhance our merchandise offering and brand storytelling. John’s focus and drive to elevate the consumer experience are critical today when the customer – and how he or she accesses us – is evolving so rapidly."
Hall will join the company in mid-May.
