Dell Joins Legacy Environmental Services

Subscribe NowMerillville-based Legacy Environmental Services Inc. has hired Shellie Dell as its manager of marketing and business development. In her new role, Dell will work to increase marketplace visibility for the company and two related programs, South Shore Clean Cities and Wisconsin Clean Cities.
Dell joins the company after previously serving as manager of marketing and donor relations at Lake Area United Way. Legacy Environmental Services is headquartered at the Purdue Research Park of Northwest Indiana.
Dell’s duties will also include strengthening year-round donor engagement plans, identifying potential partnerships and opportunities and engaging with the professional community in northwest Indiana. Legacy Environmental Services Vice President Carl Lisek says Dell was hired because of her tireless work efforts.
"Shellie has been involved with so many positive activities that have made Indiana, especially northwest Indiana, a better place to live," said Lisek. "Her enthusiasm and team spirit will help our customers achieve their sustainable goals while allowing our team to improve our legacy for future generations."
Dell said she joined the company because of its goal to strengthen northern Indiana’s reputation as a great place to live and work.
