Carmel-based Telamon Energy Solutions and Morton Solar LLC in Evansville say they will work together to offer efficiency products and solutions for the government, military and commercial sectors.
Together, the companies say they will provide evaluation, engineering, financing and installation services for companies and organizations looking to make energy efficiency improvements. Potential projects would range from installing LED lighting to beginning solar energy production.
Both businesses have experience in the area. Morton Solar President Brad Morton says the company completed projects for Richardsville Elementary School in Kentucky and Chrisney Public Library in Spencer County, making them both net-zero operations. Telamon helped develop what is billed as the largest airport-based solar farm in the world at Indianapolis International Airport.
