Walmart is looking for extra help. The company has announced it will hire more than 1,500 seasonal workers in Indiana for the upcoming holiday season. Walmart says wages start at $9.00 an hour.

The company has 104 stores in the state.  

Walmart says last year, more than half of its seasonal employees nationwide continued with the retailer as permanent employees.
