An Indianapolis-based leadership training organization is set to host its inaugural convention next year. trueU’s members include Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE: LLY) and the Indiana Sports Corp.

trueU says the convention will take place in March 2016 at the Old National Centre in Indianapolis. Leaders say the event will showcase the achievements of its member companies and their employees. The event will also feature self-improvement workshops and national speakers.

trueU’s flagship offering is its Leader in Training program. It says more than 150 member employees have graduated from the program in its first year-and-a-half. The organization was founded in February 2014.
