The funding, which is part of the department’s Health Center Cluster program, aims to improve operations and services at the centers.
The grants include:
NorthShore Health Centers (Hammond, Portage): $378,112
HealthLinc (Valparaiso, Michigan City, East Chicago): $321,310
Community HealthNet (Gary): $279,196
Regional Mental Health Center (Hammond): $245,758
