City OKs Funds For Admin Building Revamp

The Courier & Press reports an investment group led by a city attorney has been awarded nearly $400,000 for water and sewage improvements related to the effort. The building will eventually feature office, restaurant and banking space.
Scott Danks and his investment partners Professionals Plaza LLC are looking to pump $3 million into the project.
This portion of the work involves installing a stormwater holding tank to lessen the impact of overflow into city sewers.
