Sycamore Services provides residential, day, behavioral, ABA, transportation, and a number of other services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in more than 30 Indiana counties.
Kincaid currently serves as president and CEO of Janus Developmental Services in Noblesville and is also a member of the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities board of directors, as well as the Noblesville Advisory Council on Disability, among other organizations.
I had the honor of leading this agency for many years and as I step aside, I can think of no one more qualified than Yolanda to lead this agency into the future,” Cockrum said in a news release. “I am confident in her leadership, experience, and, most of all, her passion to support those we serve to reach their fullest potential.”
Kincaid earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Cockrum’s final day with the organization will be July 3. Kincaid will begin her new role with Sycamore Services on May 28.
