Elkhart’s Patrick Industries names new CFO

Elkhart-based Patrick Industries Inc., on Tuesday announced that Andy Roeder has been appointed executive vice president of finance, chief financial officer and treasurer.
Roeder has served as CFO of Minneapolis-based Polaris Boats since 2018, and also served in the same role for Bennington Marine in Elkhart for two years before that. He has served in several other finance leadership positions during his career.
“Andy brings a wealth of experience with him to lead the Company’s finance function as we pursue our strategic vision within the Outdoor Enthusiast and Housing markets we serve,” Patrick Industries CEO Andy Nemeth said in a news release. ” We believe his experience, industry knowledge, and tremendous skillset will enable us to continue our trajectory and drive a solid financial foundation as we continue to deploy capital and accelerate our growth in these markets.”
Patrick produces components for the RV, marine, powersports and housing industries and employs 10,000 people across the country.
“This is an exciting time to be joining Patrick and given my experience in public accounting, the marine industry, and public company management,” Roeder said in the release. “I’m excited to support the Company’s objectives for profitable organic and strategic growth.”
Roeder earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
