Region 4 Workforce Board names new CEO

Subscribe NowA Lafayette-based organization that provides workforce development services for a 12-county region has a new leader. The Region 4 Workforce Board on Wednesday announced Gregg Notestine as its new CEO and executive director.
The organization said in a news release that Notestine has held leadership positions with various small-to-midsize manufacturing companies throughout Indiana and beyond over his more than 25-year career.
Notestine previously served as CEO of Hartford, Connecticut-based manufacturer NEQS LLC, as well as Indianapolis-based Tru-Flex LLC, according to his LinkedIn page.
Notestine succeeds Roger Feldhaus, who is retiring after 40 years in workforce development.
In addition to his professional experience, Notestine serves on the boards of the West Lafayette Education Foundation and the Heritage Foundation in Columbus. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and management from DePauw University and an MBA from Harvard University.
The Region 4 Workforce Board provides workforce development services in Benton, Carroll, Cass, Clinton, Fountain, Howard, Miami, Montgomery, Tippecanoe, Tipton, Warren and White counties.
