CertaSite acquires Ohio company

CertaSite has acquired Grove City, Ohio-based Fire Systems Professionals, the companies announced Wednesday. FSP is a fire systems and security business in the Columbus area.
Terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
FSP, founded in 2005, focuses on fire sprinklers but also offers services for fire alarms, access control and video surveillance.
“We are committed to preserving the legacy these dedicated professionals built, and we recognize and respect their strong local presence,” CertaSite CEO Jeff Wyatt said in a news release. “We look forward to building on that foundation by offering employees development and career advancement and expanded services and support to customers.”
FSP has 37 employees, all of whom are being retained in the acquisition, a CertaSite spokesperson told Inside INdiana Business. The acquisition brings CertaSite’s total employee headcount to 495.
