The company announced this week it has acquired Joseph’s Junk Removal in Atlanta, though financial details of the deal are not being disclosed.
The deal closed on Jan. 5. Fire Dawgs said Joseph’s Junk Removal will continue operating under its current brand name with existing leadership in place. The company’s 25 employees are also being retained.
“Joseph Lambert and his team have cultivated a culture that shares many of the same core values and philosophies that we implement at Fire Dawgs,” Alex Seitz, president and chief operating officer of Fire Dawgs said in a news release. “This partnership is a big step in the right direction for expanding our national footprint into the southeast region.”
Joseph’s Junk Removal will be owned and operated by the newly established holding company Allied Junk Partners, which is being backed by Illinois-based North Branch Capital, Fire Dawgs said.
The deal comes less than a year after Fire Dawgs acquired two companies in the Northeast, Junk Bear in Connecticut and Lug Away Junk Removal in Boston.
