‘Slick’ Scores Sports Corp. Honor

The honor has been presented annually since 1988 to recognize people who have worked to improve the lives of America's youth. The Pathfinder Award, presented annually by Indiana Sports Corp since 1988, honors individuals who have demonstrated a dedicated commitment to improving the lives of America’s youth. More than 800 attendees are expected for the 2014 event.
The 2014 Pathfinder Award was presented today to Bobby “Slick” Leonard
during his last scheduled public appearance before he travels to the 2014 Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame induction ceremonies.
As part of its commitment to youth, Indiana Sports Corp recognizes those who share the organization’s philosophy of improving the lives of Indiana youth. Indiana Sports Corp youth initiatives include the Susan Williams CHAMPS (Champions in Life) Grant Program, the Geared for Health: Sports Equipment for Kids program, and programming around Indiana Sports Corp events.
